Progress Report!!

Definitely making headway in my self-improvement! I’ve been clean and sober for 18 days now (started the last day of September). In that time, I’ve been focusing on developing more physical strength. Over the last few years I’d gradually fallen off from performing in the gym. I’ve failed to really progress and have gone backwards. But my newfound drive has helped me tremendously. My confidence is at a high right now. I’m consistently hitting PRs in the gym. My all-time best squat ever was 365lbs and right now I’m nearly back to 300lbs after two years. My bench max was 275lbs and I am at 235lbs now. My deadlift max was 445lbs and yesterday I pulled 405lbs, the first time I’ve deadlifted 4 plates in over a year. I’ve also been consistently tracking my calories to stay in a calorie surplus to build more muscle. My job forces me to burn 4k to 4.5k calories on average a day so my surpluses have to be around the 5k calorie mark. Which is difficult but tracking has helped tremendously and my physique has consistently increased in muscle density over the past two months.

Also, in terms of Penis Enlargement I’ve made progress as well! Through the acts of what is called “vacuum hanging” and “All-Day-Stretching” I have been able to put on about .3 inches in 2 months. Which is tremendous progress. My flaccid length is consistently plump and my head almost always hangs lower than my balls now. If you’ve seen my measurements in my earlier posts you may get the picture more easily. Anyway, I also have used pumps and a process called “clamping” to increase my girth by .3 inches as well. Now, if there’s any questions to in-depth analysis of these processes, I would suggest the Reddit forum page “r/gettingbigger” which deeply elaborates all processes and actions you can take to promote growth. The levels of danger that come with them and the success rates. Various people on the forum have documented proof of growth in excess of 2 inches both in length and girth! So again, any guys looking for tips, go there or forums like it. I’ve followed many of the tips and have seen success.

Finally, I have also taken upon myself to further grow in my relationship with my fiancée. I’m a firm believer in roles for men and women. I’m not a misogynist but I do feel that strong power dynamics that are easily understood and quantified promote the healthiest relationships. I think men need to be forward, open, honest, stern, aggressive, dominant, and controlling. Now, those traits can all be viewed as negative just as much as they can positive. I have worked tirelessly to research how to best promote the good versions of those qualities. Not to Lord over my fiancée but to help unburden her with meaningless choices and projects that I could manage for her. Women will submit more to a man that has his shit together and takes control of a situation, any situation, more than they will the gamer, who’s out-of-shape, and can’t hold a conversation. Not to say gaming is wrong but there needs to be moderation. I’m learning that as I try to reach a more “masculine” form of man. The old school man who handles his priorities before going to do tertiary things. Anyway, I will continue to report on progress that I make moving forward. Hoping to post on this blog at least 2x a week.
