Sorry for lack of Consistency

I have made clear my goals with this blog and various things I want to do. In terms of updates so far, this is the list:

1. I decided the best place to start improving was my brain/memory. I figure if I can’t absorb all the information I’m trying to gain then there’s no reason to try. So the foundation of quality memory is something I am striving to build. I have downloaded an app called “Lumosity” that supposedly has memory based quizzes and games that will boost my abilities. That, coupled with more frequent reading sessions, practicing math, and simple memory exercises have been proven to help mental acuity.

2. A slight snag in the road of my penis enhancement. I was making solid gains and I believe I upped the weight too quickly and now strained my suspensory ligament. Taking one week off and revisiting with light weight to continue the process. I already feel much better but don’t want to rush the recovery.

3. I have maintain a low-carb, keto-centered diet for the last 2 weeks and it has served me extremely well. I am shedding body fat and my abs have slowly started to peak out for the first time since high school. My strength initially dropped slightly due to lack of carbohydrates but recently has begun to pick back up to previous levels. Cardio is still an issue for me. I am increasing the required number of minutes per cardio session but I burn so many calories throughout the day and my day is so filled with work; that finding time to execute a solid cardio session that won’t interfere with weightlifting is difficult. However, I have lost 15lbs regardless of the lack of cardio!

These are the most basic updates I have for this blog. I will make a more frequent poster out of myself hopefully soon. I’ve been very busy lately but still pushing.
