Elevate Writing into a Transformative Spiritual Practice

writing practiceDiscover a powerful practice to boost creativity & shed the past

I know from personal experience that the tasks I write down get done more consistently than those I dont, and bigger things such as goals for my life tend to manifest more easily when I commit to writing them down.

But while there is value in all forms of writing, bestselling author and O Magazine contributing editor, Mark Matousek, says a writing practice when viewed as a vehicle for transformation can be so much more than a way to get our daily to-do list done and goals met.

A writingpractice, when approached properly, can and should stand side-by-side with more venerated practices like meditation and prayer as a way to accelerate our personal growth and access our depths.

In fact, Mark believes that there is no more powerful tool to work with our stories, our emotions and our dreams than a truly transformative writing practice.

It’s the reason why so many great pioneers, leaders and inventors have kept a journal: It’s one of THE most powerful ways to access our creativity, our passions and our higher purpose for life, as well as understand the lessons from our daily life and free us from the past.

Mark has discovered that by focusing our mind on crystallizing the essence of our feelings, peeling back the layers of truth and seeking a higher vision, we can create an open channel for our soul to quite literally incarnate into our lives.

So Im excited to share with you an invitation to join Mark for a free virtual event Wednesday, March 23, called:Freeing Your Soul Through Writing: Seven Essential Steps to a Truly Transformative Practice.

>> You can register free right here <<
PS – Even (and perhaps especially) if you already have a writing practice, youll want to join this session because not all writing is transformative. If you arent careful, you can end up rehearsing your grudges, reinforcing your false beliefs and keeping yourself stuck.

Mark brings three decades of experience as a memoirist, editor, interviewer, survivor, activist and spiritual seeker to his penetrating and thought-provoking work with students seeking to radically transform their lives through writing.

Discover Quantum Dreaming & the secrets of time travel

Quantum Dreaming EventA Must Attend free event with dream shaman Robert Moss

For centuries, shamans around the world have reported using dreams as portals for accessing information from the past and future to apply in the present.

They have learned to dream consciously, which can open them to amazing adventures in space and time.

That may sound far out, but its actually something that has been supported by remote viewing research done by the US government and increasingly by scientists studying psychic abilities.

The explanation for this ability to time travel through non-ordinary states can be found in quantum physics recognition that we can be linked to seemingly remote events through what some call non-local mind.

If youre intrigued by these frontiers, Ive got great news!

On Wednesday, March 16, master dreamwork teacher Robert Moss will present a free online event: Quantum Dreaming and the Secrets of Time Travel: Where Shamanism and the New Science Meet in the Multidimensional Universe.

>> You can register here for Live event or to get a recording if missed <<

During this exciting, hour-long mini-workshop, youll discover:

  • How to make your home in non-local mind. (hint: this is the KEY to time travel)
  • The precise steps required to enter your dreams so that they become a portal to other dimensions and make quantum realities accessible.
  • How consciousness can project safely beyond the body, open gates between the worlds and close them when necessary.
  • How to engage healing in multiple dimensions of consciousness, even beyond death.
  • I invite you to join me for this mind-expanding hour youll love Robert Moss, and especially learning how to use dreaming as a vehicle to travel much further and deeper into the universe than you ever thought possible.

mind miracles

Everything is possible? Let Your mind make miracles

mind miracles

Ever since I was a kid, my parents always told me I’d never amount to anything. They always compared me to my older sister Dana, who painted the prettiest pictures in kindergarten, got perfect grades in high school, graduated with the highest honors from Harvardall that jazz. I thought these comparisons would end after we both finished our studies (I graduated with average scores from a lesser-known university), but then came the career phase.

Dana got a high-flying job as a PR representative of some huge corporate firm, whereas I was working as an assistant to a demanding and unappreciative boss. It made me feel very small and useless, especially when my parents constantly praised her for all her achievements, telling me, “When are you ever going to pull your socks up?”

I tried not to let it affect me, but I have to admit, it weighed on my mind heavily. Year after year I kept it bottled up inside, without release. I was miserable, and it showed on the outside. My colleague Layne noticed that I was becoming more and more reserved each day, and I’d gotten so thin to the point where I barely had enough energy to lift a stack of documents.

Then one day at work, I found a flash drive containing something called The Instant Switch on my desk with a note from Layne. So that night I went home and read the entire thing in one sitting. By the time I was done, my face was streaming with tears and I felt a sense of peace that I never thought I would experience in my life.

It was so powerful that I teared up just by reading it that first night. The very next day, I went into work and gave Layne such a tight hug that she almost fell over in surprise. We talked about the book at lunch, and she told me it had been her lifesaver a while back when she got retrenched from her previous job. In it there were several simple exercises that she learnt to do by heart eventually, such as a short meditation for rejecting any limiting beliefs. Her retrenchment had made her feel worthless, and unable to keep her eyes open to opportunities. Things had turned around when she found The Instant Switch and managed to pull herself back up before she spiraled further into despair.

Over the next few weeks, I practiced the intriguing methods inside the book. It was filled with such wisdom, words that no one had ever said to me in my life, and it made me feel like I wasn’t alone after all. I especially liked the “tapping” technique, which was astonishingly simple, yet effective! I could feel a change in me instantly as I practiced it.

There was also an additional book that came along with The Instant Switch called Success Accelerator that taught me how to take success into my own hands. It opened my mind to how I could control my own career path and reject all the expectations that others had of me. The ideas in it were not complex, yet they had never occurred to me before, and my outlook on life has been totally transformed.

Instead of moping around at work and feeling stuck in an endless rut, I now walk into the office with my head held high, greeting my boss with enthusiasm that I haven’t felt in years. I no longer see him as overbearing and ungrateful; instead I treated him like a boss, so to speakperforming my tasks cheerfully and helping him in any way I could. And he recognized the change! I got a raise just last month because he saw how hard I was working. Before The Instant Switch came into my life, I’d been dragging my feet at work and doing the bare minimum for everything. Now my work day always starts off happy, and ends the same way, too!

The biggest hurdle I’d had to overcome was my relationship with my family. The Instant Switch helped me to move past my hurt and shame, and I began to treat my parents and sister well, despite nothing changing on their end. The only change was that I no longer let their words and actions hurt me, using the wisdom The Instant Switch had taught me. To say that it has changed my life would be a major understatement, as now I finally feel excited about my future for the first time! >> Click to Watch author’s video to learn more about.
