How to Achieve Goals by Playing Mental Movies

Create or/and Use a Mental (Mind) Movies to Achieve Your Goals

"Whatever the mind of man can conceive and believe, it can achieve." - Napoleon Hill

We all have something in life (or work) that we want to achieve. Most of the time we don’t know how to go about achieving these goals. Often when we do know how to go about achieving them we just allow ourselves to fail by simply giving up. Creating a mental movie can increase your chances of success as it is a creative and simple way to program your mind.

A mental movie is a creative visualization technique used by Neuro Linguistic Practitioners to help clients reprogram their mind to overcome fears or phobias, heal past traumas or to achieve work or life goals. If you know the goal you want to achieve then you can take advantage of this powerful tool to help you create a successful outcome.

Step 1: Decide your goal.

It is essential that you can identify the goal you want to achieve. It must be precise. Write it down.

Step 2: Create a blueprint.

You know the end point; the goal. It is important that you create a blueprint describing the exact change you want to make. For it to be useful and generate a successful outcome it must:

  • Use all five senses;
  • Be very descriptive; and
  • Be written in the present tense

For example, if your goal is to become more confident in social situations your blueprint might look like this:

I am at a party for a colleague’s birthday. The room is brightly lit with music playing. There are red, blue, yellow and green balloons everywhere. I can hear people talking and laughing. I am standing in the centre of a group of colleagues talking about a movie. Everyone is listening. They are smiling at me and I feel happy. The beat of the music pulses through me making me feel invigorated. I feel comfortable talking and listening with others.

With every sip of my drink I feel stronger and more confident. Each bit of the delicious food makes me feel happier. I am smiling

You can include different scenes, just like in a real movie. So change the situations to include any that are important in helping you to create the movie of the life you desire.

Step 3: Relax

It is important to relax as this is how you will get your subconscious mind to open up and be receptive to your mental movie.

Find somewhere comfortable. Close your eyes. Tense every muscle in your body and then release. Repeat twice more. Next, breathe in deeply through your nose to a count of five and out through your mouth to a count of eight. Repeat this three times or until you feel relaxed.

Step 4: Play your movie

This is where the mental programming takes place. You play your mental movie visualizing you living the goal you set. It is important that your movie is played as if you are living it now. Feel the emotions, experience the sights and sounds. Don’t forget to include all your senses to make the experience feel real.

To make sure that your new mental program is fully installed you will need to repeat steps 3 and 4 every day for 30 days for best effect.

Use Subliminal Music to Accelerate Your Personal Development

brainsync

Sometimes reading a 500 page book on mind programming techniques and nlp is just too much to consider – not every personal development method is like this, the use of subliminal audio is not expensive or time intensive, and can be an amazing tool to shape your mind and your life.

Any decision to improve yourself starts with you and your determination to take that first step and put it into action. A serious commitment is required to reach the higher state of living you desire. With subliminal audio, self-improvement is simpler than its ever been.

Although they are audio files that need to be played and heard, youre technically not required to have to particularly concentrate on anything. The science of subliminal messaging inspires thoughts and gives foundations to thinking patterns to help you to achieve your goals and achieve the success you are looking for.

On top of the easy approach, any logical resistances your mind would normally put up are bypassed by the subconscious comprehension achieved by subliminal messaging. This allows you to tackle the most significant issues in your own life and make changes that typical conscious self help programs are incapable of.

By consistently suggesting things to the unconscious, you can open up new venues of possibility within yourself and get exactly what you want out of life.

There are a huge number of targeted subliminal tracks which will put you on the fast track to becoming the best person you can be. You can literally get subliminal albums for pretty much any area – from subliminal weight loss to stopping smoking, improving confidence, you can even get a motivation mp3 and much more

I know this all sounds fantastic, and subliminal audio really can be if it is used properly, however it just isn’t an instant ticket to success. You need to really want the change and put in real effort in your everyday life to make it happen.

If you are focused and committed to changing then subliminal audio will be your best friend and help you to achieve your goals much faster, and much more naturally.

Achieve Goals

Learning the Ways on How to Achieve Goals

Achieve Goals

Every person on the face of this planet has personal goals he or she wishes to achieve. Yet, sometimes a lot of overwhelming things enter the mix, and we wouldn’t know how to embark on our journeys to achieving those goals we have in our lives. It is, however, quite important for you to realize that reaching your goals is only made possible if a plan is set in motion. Of course, you can always seek help from a life coach, your parents, siblings and friends, but at the end of the day its still your goals you’re after. Therefore, you will want to look into the different steps on how to achieve goals. Below are some things to remember if you’re confused on how to go about things:
Be sincere in your desires. If you really want to succeed with your lifes goals, you must actually want to attain them with everything you’ve got. Without that desire, there isn’t any point in you achieving those goals. They should already be things that youve so long desired in order to make any sort of efforts in realizing them.
Identify your goals. This is where having a to-do list would come in handy. Specifying what you wish to accomplish is important in order to make any moves. Remember that one simply cannot lose weight in a general manner and expect to succeed in it. Instead, theyd have to specify how much weight they wish to lose, since it is more realistic and precise.
Take note of the steps to be made. You will want to list down the things that are necessary to be done so you can at least get somewhere with your personal life goals. Specific steps are essential, and youll need to state what it is that needs to be done instead of just saying that you‘re going to do blah and blah without any precision and accuracy in your list.
Commit to your goals. Being dedicated to what you wish to achieve makes it even easier for you to reach the pinnacles of success. In connection with the first step, you should want to do this and actually be sincere in your commitment to it.
Visualize yourself succeeding. Believing that you can do things can help you increase your chances of becoming better at what you do, thus inching closer towards success. Whether its sports, work, love, or money, you will want to have an image of yourself in your mind that you can turn into reality.
These are the necessary steps that a person should take on how to achieve goals as effectively as possible. With these integrated into daily living, theres no reason one cannot accomplish his or her dreams.

The Power of a Personal Mission Statement

The Power of a Personal Mission Statement

Personal Development

Do You Really Know What Your Life Is About?

Are your objectives well-defined? Finding your center and enjoying deep personal fulfillment comes down to 7 basic components of your life. These are your physical, mental, spiritual, emotional, economic, professional, and social lives. Designing your own personal constitution, or mission statement, is essential for knowing which actions to take in your life. It’s like an X marks the spot on a map. You need to know where the treasure is!

When you’ve got your mission statement in place, you are able to base all of your decisions around how aligned they are with your deepest values. There is immense power in this. To design your own personal constitution, answer the following questions:

* What is the purpose of my life? What am I here to be and do?

* What do I stand for? What are my values?

* Which of these values am I NEVER willing to compromise for ANY reason?

* What kind of person am I when nobody else is looking?

* What do I really want to contribute, and to what or whom?

* What do I believe about my creator? Why have I been blessed with this life?

* Who do I love? How can I prove it on an ongoing basis?

* How do I intend to earn my living? What kind of value to I want to add?

* How do I intend to maximize my fulfillment? How can I live my best life consistently?

The answers to these questions will become key factors in developing your own personal mission statement. In fact, it can be both extremely therapeutic and refreshingly eye-opening to take this kind of time to reflect on your own beliefs, values, and merits. Additionally, it will help you to set your goals and know that your goals are not in conflict with who you are as a person. This will enable you to enjoy maximum contribution, joy, and effectiveness.

Additionally, it is extremely important to value your physical body. Good health breeds good feelings and greater positive actions. Fill your heart with love and develop strong, meaningful relationships. Don’t forget to read a book every now and then. Continuously feeding your mind will expand your understanding, as well as your opportunities. Give of yourself. This is essential for spiritual fulfillment.

I very strongly urge you to develop a personal constitution of your own. A thoughtfully prepared mission statement will serve as a guide to keep your thoughts and actions in tune with your deepest self. Your decision-making will be purposeful, deliberate, and bold. This is true even for the tough decisions.

It is my sincerest wish that you take good care of yourself. Fulfillment, happiness, connection, productivity, creativity, exceptional health, meaningful contribution, and the deepest love are all yours for the taking. I hope you experience all of these wonderful things consistently and forever. Your mission statement is a great place to begin.
