Paradigm Shift

Live Stream! Shifting Your Paradigms or Master Key to Your Best Life – June 28-30

To Change You Life You Must Change Your Habits

When people want to move ahead, they often think about what they’ll have to give up.

Well, Bob Proctor, a man who has gone from down and out to changing the world, says we should be thinking about what’s coming.

Because what’s coming is what we want…

It’s more money, better health, improved relationships, a new business… whatever we have our heart set on.

Of course, it’s easy to want those things. But it’s not so easy to get them. Unless and until you change the thing that is keeping you from your desires.

I’m talking about your paradigm—the mental program that has almost exclusive control over your habitual behavior.

It controls the way you view yourself, the world and opportunity. It controls how you approach change and challenges. It controls your success and happiness in life.

Your paradigm is your autopilot. It’s who you are.

A Paradigm Shift is the only way to bridge the gap between how you’re currently living and how you want to live.

Whether that’s more money, improved relationships, a healthier body or more fulfillment, it’s all possible and completely up to you – the possibilities are endless.

Bob Proctor is a master at showing you how to change your paradigm. It’s how he changed his own life, and it’s what he has been studying for the past 50+ years. He knows that changing your paradigm is the only way to bridge the gap between how you’re currently living and how you want to live.

And now, for the first time, Bob will teach the entire process during the LIVE Stream of Paradigm Shift on June 28 – 30, 2019.

Reinvent Yourself James Altucher quote

6 Key Benefits – Reinvent Yourself + PDF Book

6 Key Benefits of Reinventing Yourself

“Every day, You Reinvent Yourself. You’re always in motion. But you decide every day: forward or backward.”
~ James Altucher

We often make our way to the idea of reinvention after experiencing frustration and discontentment with our lives.

Sometimes there’s a sense of longing to do something different, to find a new way to live and to be. This kind of reinvention evolves from the human need to grow and to change. Change comes about because there has to be more to human existence than simply existing and most people sense that over time.

Sometimes though in the early stages of reinvention, we think about what benefits we might receive from building a new self. At first, perhaps we just want to be free of a stale, confining and suffocating way of life, but that might not seem enough to us right then.

Other than liberating yourself from a life with no change and no growth, what other benefits does reinvention offer?

1. You learn to face fear—and survive! Fear is the first roadblock to personal change. It’s not that easy to change one’s self and life without giving up something you’ve already got. For example, leaving a job that you’re well-established in for a new career is terrifying. The evil little phrase “What if? What if?” becomes a constant companion in the early days. As you continue on in the process, you learn to still those fears. You learn how to go forward even if your plan is in constant development.

2. Happiness goes up, frustration goes down. Reinvention brings us closer to who we want to be or what we want to do, usually both. Living closer to our authentic selves gets rid of all the frustration caused by dissonance. Life becomes a happier place.

3. Increased stress tolerance. Deliberately reinventing ourselves brings some stress, there’s no way around it. However, as we use new tools to help us on our way, we learn to diffuse and dissipate.

4. Clarity. You gain a clear understanding of what you want in life, from yourself and others. You also get a lot of practice with honesty. After all, you have to be honest with yourself about things you want to keep going forward—and what you want to jettison. Sometimes this involves relationships. It’s easy to get stuck in friendships with negative energy-draining people who will deride your changes. If people put down your need to become a better, truer you, evaluate your relationship with a clear eye and consider if they’re worth bringing to the new you.

5. You get a bigger toolbox of coping and thriving skills. Reinvention is all about changing for the better. Getting there takes a lot of new skills. You’ll boost your coping techniques and your tolerance for uncertainty.

6. You learn how to reinvent yourself. This benefit might seem obvious, but once going through the process of self-transformation for the first time, all future transformations become less scary. With fear removed, it’s easier to explore new options in life.

Of course, a huge benefit is a more authentic life that’s fulfilling to live. After all, that’s the first purpose of going through the transformative process. Perhaps more importantly, you learn how to be adaptable in the face of new challenges and that is a life skill that is useful in many ways.

You learn how to cope with new problems and new situations. Once you’ve been through one reinvention cycle, you’ll be ready to do it again when you feel the need.

You may never decide to reinvent yourself again, but that’s a matter of choice. You’ll know how to do it . That’s a life-changing benefit all on its own!

reinvent yourself

Reinvent Yourself with a List of Personal Goals

One of the most profound moments in literature is in Lewis Carroll’s Alice in Wonderland. Alice is walking and comes to a fork in the road. She’s not sure which way she should go, so she asks the Cheshire Cat, “Which road should I take?”

The cat asks her in return, “Well where are you going?”

“I don’t know” Alice replies.

“Then it does not really matter,” the cat tells her, “If you don’t know where you are going, any road will get you there.”

An indispensable part of life is to know where you are going. If you don’t, you will find yourself wandering down any road that presents itself to you.

When you have no clear destination, the decisions along the way don’t matter. This is why the fastest way to reinvent yourself is to establish a destination—or, in other words, to establish a list of personal goals.

Personal Goals Give You Direction

Moving forward is good; moving in a specific direction is better. Personal goals put a clear direction to your movement. This is why personal goals are vital to any personal reinvention. Most of us are familiar with feeling constantly busy, on the move, and booked with appointments—yet nothing seems to get accomplished.

Personal goals give you a way to organize and direct all your movement into a specific direction so that you can accomplish what you want.

Personal Goals Put You in The Driver’s Seat

The essence of reinventing yourself is taking control of your life. Personal goals allow you to be in the driver’s seat. Goals allow you to take control of your time, energy and effort. Instead of just reacting to things that happen into your life, you take control. You decide where your energy is spent.

Nothing will help you reinvent your life like taking ownership of it via your personal goals.

Goals Inspire During the Mundane

Life is not a movie. We don’t experience a continual stream of magical experiences, one after another. There is a lot of dullness stuffed in-between the highlights of life. That’s OK. This is where our personal goals rise to assist us.

Personal goals can inspire us by reminding us of the bigger picture in life. We can compare that to what we are currently engaged in at any point in time. In other words, personal goals help frame how the smaller aspects of life play into the larger mosaic. Reflecting on how your day-to-day life fits in with your overall goals can thereby give you daily inspiration. Having this is pivotal in reinventing yourself

Goals Help Organize What Is Important

On a day-to-day basis everyone is bombarded with choices. How do you decided when to say yes and when to say no? With personal goals, that decision becomes easy. You can ask yourself: Does this activity align with my personal goals? Does this help me achieve my personal goals? The answer to those questions can help you decide what to invest your time in. It gives you a way to identify what is important to you.

Goals Allow Us to Enjoy Life

Ultimately, life is to be enjoyed, and nothing is more enjoyable than success. Personal goals not only define what success will look like for you, but also will give you the road map to achieving it.

What many people fail to realize is that personal goals will also allow you to enjoy life even when the goals are not accomplished. The ability to learn, progress, and develop yourself when you have not accomplished your goals will bring you an enjoyable personal maturity. These are the many ways that personal goals can bring a greater degree of purpose and fulfillment to your life.

Personal goals are a non-negotiable ingredient in any personal reinvention project. Thankfully you can start with something simple. Start your journey by making your first personal goal: A goal to develop a complete list of personal goals. And now you off!

The Importance of Overcoming Procrastination + Black Friday offer

Procrastination makes people feel elated initially. They don’t have to deal with a situation or task at that moment in time. But, for most of these situations, there will come a time when it needs to get done. The feeling of elation turns to panic. Then panic becomes a rush to figure out ways to handle the situation.

When you compare this to people who don’t procrastinate, they may not get that initial surge of elation. However, they also don’t have to worry about the panic setting in. All things being equal, these non-procrastinators will not be as stressed out.

It’s proven that stress can lead to disease. The resources that your body needs to fend off disease will be diverted to handling your stress. Short-term stress is not likely to impact health as much as stress that is constant. However, people who procrastinate do it with all (or most of) their tasks. Therefore, they are likely to be stressed out longer term. They are the ones more at risk of getting stress related disorders.

Procrastination can often impact others in the procrastinator’s social circle as well. For instance, your kids may be depending on you to fill out a form for them to go to away camp. If you miss the deadline, your kids won’t be able to go to camp. Most kids will not be happy with this outcome.

If you don’t learn to overcome procrastination at work, it could impact others in the organization. For example, if you are responsible for a certain aspect of a project and miss the deadline, it may cause others on the team to miss their deadlines. Be aware they will know you are the bottleneck. This puts you in an awkward position that could eventually lead to your dismissal.

Procrastination can cause you some financial pain. You may wait to the last minute to file your taxes. But, when you do so, you may not find the necessary information needed to reduce your tax liabilities. You will end up paying more than had you taken the time to look for all your legitimate deductions, etc.

If you are worried about not getting that initial surge of elation, just remember that the good feeling you get from handling your situations on time will last much longer. It lowers your stress and makes your friends and family happier with you. It does take some effort to break the bad habit of procrastination. But, it is entirely worth the effort.

You have probably heard of Brian Tracy, he is a pretty big name in the self-help market, and the reason why you should not miss his black Friday sale that have all training you ever need to stop procrastinating.

Why Is It So Hard to Build Healthy Habits?

As a species, humans are resistant to change by nature. Because of that resistance, it takes us a while to break a bad habit or implement a new one – up to as long as a month. During this transition period, it is easy to fall back into our old ways, unless we consciously keep ourselves on track until our new change has taken hold as a habit.

In the case of healthy habits, not only can introducing them increase our resistance to disease now, but they also improve life later down the road. That means taking fewer prescribed drugs in the future, maintaining independent living longer and more longevity as we age. But the road to change can be bumpy if not done correctly.

Healthy Eating

Do you like food that is not good for you, Food that is high in calories and fat, If so, you are not alone… and it is not your fault! We are genetically engineered to gravitate toward that kind of food from our ancestral days. Hunting, gathering and exploring the surrounding area took a lot of energy and so food with a lot of calories and fat provided the energy.

But the food today is different than it was eons ago. Today processed and fast food lurks around on every corner, inviting you to come in … and while you are there, super-size everything making for even more fat and calories. But that isn’t the end of the story. Food is addictive. So, if you succumb to eating a lot of processed and fast food, that is what your body becomes accustomed to eating, what it prefers, and in fact, what it craves.

However, the opposite side of the coin is also true. If you start eating healthy, it too over time will become addictive also. The trick is to make small incremental changes over time and not a big change all at once. That way your body will slowly change and adapt to your new way of eating. What gets people into trouble and they fail is they try to make too much of a change in too short a time. Don’t quit eating bad food cold turkey – slowly start eating less bad food and more good food over the course of say a month.

Healthy Fitness

The same rationale of change also applies to exercising. At the start of each New Year, people make all-or-nothing commitments in the form resolutions where they are going to conquer the world fitness-wise – exercise five days a week, run a marathon in a month, etc. But after the first time or two in the gym, they are so sore they can hardly move. They take a few days to heal up and never return to the gym again.

Instead, they should have started slowly by doing some short easy workouts a day or two the first week and gradually increase the frequency, workout time and type of workout over the course of the first month.

Building healthy habits is a process of setting an attainable and realistic end goal with several milestones of mini-goals along the way. Be sure to reward yourself in a positive way after reaching each milestone as it provides the mental boost to continue forging ahead to the next one.

Binaural Beats Secrets You Wish You Knew One Year Ago

actual brainwaves after listening binaural beats

This article is designed to give you some insight into the relatively new technology of Binaural Beats. Binaural Beats are specific frequencies that can bring you into a profoundly deep state of meditation within minutes using the latest innovations in sound technology. They utilize a specific audio mixing technique designed to alter the listener’s brain wave activity. By sitting or lying down in a quiet environment and wearing headphones these beats can be used to create Alpha, Theta and Delta brainwave patterns.

When brainwave patterns change it has been documented that there is also a change in chemical reactions within the body which can have a profound effect on your entire physical structure. In effect these beats have the same impact and benefits of a deep meditative state akin to hypnologic trance or transcendental mediation. Now very few people can enter such deep states of hypnosis and transcendental meditation takes a lifetime to perfect. So the immediate benefits of using binaural beats is apparent.

An added benefit of using such technology is that the states it creates allow you to access the subconscious parts of the mind. Those parts that are subliminal and just below the conscious threshold. Binaural beats can be used with many other self improvement tools (such as subliminal recordings, affirmations or visualization etc.) to increase your personal development dramatically as it creates deep states of relaxation and can put you into Alpha and Theta states. Therefore they can be used as an aid to alter beliefs, heal emotional issues or create behaviour changes. They can even be used for a quick energy boost. It is believed that by using binaural beats you can:

1. Create deep states of meditation.

2. Boost your intelligence and creativity.

3. Slow aging.

4. Create remarkable emotional changes at a very deep level.

5. Eliminate Stress & anxiety.

The beauty of binaural beats is that they can be used to induce these states and create these changes with no effort on the part of the listener. You just wear a set of headphones and let the sound technology do the rest.

The discovery of binaural technology is mostly accredited to Dr. Gerald Oster. Oster first published research about binaural beats in 1973 in Scientific American after he had conducted extensive studies.

However, this is not as well known, binaural beats where in fact first discovered as far back as 1839 by an Associate Professor, at the University of Berlin, called Heinrich Wilhelm Dove. Dove accidentally discovered that when two similar sounds, that are only slightly shifted in frequency, are given separately to left and right ear they cause a pulsation or beat type effect within the brain.

However, it was Dr. Oster who uncovered the full benefits of using this new technology when he discovered the effects that binaural beats have on the mind and body.

There are many producers of binaural beat technology competing in the market today. It is possible to create your own with the proper software. However, an in-depth knowledge of brainwave patterns and their effect on the mind and body is advisable before ever trying to create your own. There are many forum threads on the web that claim binaural beats have had a negative or even damaging effect on certain listeners. For that reason I believe it is safer to stick to the tried and tested pre-made recordings that are available for a reasonable fee. You can purchase separate binaural beat recordings to induce almost any emotional state or you can even enroll on a binaural beat program for self improvement that takes several years to complete.

I, myself, have no experience of any damaging effects due to the use of binaural beats. However, if you are using binaural beats for personal development purposes their use can be uncomfortable. All my experiences have been extremely positive, although not always pleasurable. Let me explain.

ECC machines have been used in the past to monitor the brain activity of lifelong meditators. While in a deep meditative state, these meditational experts, displayed alpha, theta and delta brainwave patterns. These are the very states that binaural beats create.

Alpha wave patterns in the brain occur in a relaxed state and during this time we are very susceptible to suggestion. This is the state that you enter during hypnosis. Theta brainwaves allow for the absorption of huge amounts of information while Delta brainwaves are most apparent when you enter a state of deep but dreamless sleep. It is the Delta state that is the main aim of such practices as transcendental meditation. Although for many entering the delta state while fully conscious can be very relaxing, for most it is not, for it is during such brain activity that internal change occurs.

By bringing the listener into this extremely deep state of meditation, binaural technology, can activate major positive changes in your emotional, mental and physical make-up. Now this can be a profoundly life altering experience. You will find past buried memories resurface as the beats direct your brain to restructure its neural network and raise your “comfort level” to a new high. After several listening session you find yourself less stressed out than before and your reaction to situations, that in the past would have sent you screaming round the halls, much more composed. The technology literally eliminates negative emotional, mental and physical patterns. The discomfort I spoke of earlier comes from the restructuring of your brain’s neural network as old buried uncomfortable memories are triggered in the brain before the connecting emotional response is wiped away. You are still left with the memory of the event but you no longer have any emotional attachment to it. Don’t worry, for some reason, it doesn’t affect positive memories! It may be due to the natural state of the mind and body, for this system of mind/body is always seeking equilibrium and harmony, which tends to lead to feelings of joy and happiness.

Binaural beats is a proven technology that can create brainwave changes which alter your mood and changes the chemical reactions in your body to encourage faster healing and harmonious interaction between cells. However, there is currently research being conducted to determine if these beats can actually direct the brain to reformat DNA encoding. If this is possible the possibilities are almost limitless – decrease in illness, genetic disorders, a reversal of aging etc.

If personal development and self improvement isn’t your main aim for investigating binaural beats (and don’t want to get younger) then the single recordings designed to induce specific mind/body changes is enough. You can get recordings for an energy boost, meditation, to spark the creative areas of the brain, induce deep sleep and even one that acts like a digital drug!

All these changes happen effortlessly and easily. All you need is a pair of stereo headphones and a comfortable chair. The recording does the rest.

Achieve Goals

Learning the Ways on How to Achieve Goals

Achieve Goals

Every person on the face of this planet has personal goals he or she wishes to achieve. Yet, sometimes a lot of overwhelming things enter the mix, and we wouldn’t know how to embark on our journeys to achieving those goals we have in our lives. It is, however, quite important for you to realize that reaching your goals is only made possible if a plan is set in motion. Of course, you can always seek help from a life coach, your parents, siblings and friends, but at the end of the day it’s still your goals you’re after. Therefore, you will want to look into the different steps on how to achieve goals. Below are some things to remember if you’re confused on how to go about things:
Be sincere in your desires. If you really want to succeed with your life’s goals, you must actually want to attain them with everything you’ve got. Without that desire, there isn’t any point in you achieving those goals. They should already be things that you’ve so long desired in order to make any sort of efforts in realizing them.
Identify your goals. This is where having a to-do list would come in handy. Specifying what you wish to accomplish is important in order to make any moves. Remember that one simply cannot lose weight in a general manner and expect to succeed in it. Instead, they’d have to specify how much weight they wish to lose, since it is more realistic and precise.
Take note of the steps to be made. You will want to list down the things that are necessary to be done so you can at least get somewhere with your personal life goals. Specific steps are essential, and you’ll need to state what it is that needs to be done instead of just saying that you’re going to do blah and blah without any precision and accuracy in your list.
Commit to your goals. Being dedicated to what you wish to achieve makes it even easier for you to reach the pinnacles of success. In connection with the first step, you should want to do this and actually be sincere in your commitment to it.
Visualize yourself succeeding. Believing that you can do things can help you increase your chances of becoming better at what you do, thus inching closer towards success. Whether it’s sports, work, love, or money, you will want to have an image of yourself in your mind that you can turn into reality.
These are the necessary steps that a person should take on how to achieve goals as effectively as possible. With these integrated into daily living, there’s no reason one cannot accomplish his or her dreams.

Developing an Exercise Regimen That Makes Sense to You

Developing an Exercise Regimen That Makes Sense to You

exercise regimen

Why does the word “exercise” bring up so many negative connotations? There is no absolute rule that says it has to hurt… at all. You can very easily get in a good workout everyday and literally LOVE every second of it! The secret is, you’ve got to discover what it is that YOU like to do. And the menu you get to choose from is virtually infinite.

If something is keeping you from engaging in a physical fitness routine, even though such a routine can positively and dramatically impact your life and the lives of everyone who loves you, then it is of extreme importance that we figure out exactly what that something is.

Is It Time?

There is no doubt that the modern human’s life is hectic. It can be difficult to make time for the things we really want to do. And because exercise is usually such a low priority for people, they simply go on about their busy lives, doing the best they can to get by. So essentially, lack of exercise isn’t a time problem at all. It’s a priority problem. Your health should be priority #1 above ALL other things. Without your health, you are dead. Nothing else really matters if you let your health go.

A brisk walk or light jog just half an hour each day can set you up for a surprising transformation. Share in the fun by having activity days with your family. Heck, it can be every day. Go to the park and have foot races. Play some basketball or two-hand touch. Go swimming. Move, move, move! If you’re having fun, you don’t even have to label it exercise. You can just say that you’re – are you ready for this? – PLAYING!

Is It Money?

As we just discussed, you can “go out and play” as often as you like and it won’t cost you a dime. However, I fully realize that to get a supercharged workout, joining a gym is a great way to go. And yes, gym memberships, fitness clothing, and even home workout gear can cost a good amount of money. But don’t let this fact stop you from doing the fun, free stuff. It shouldn’t be an excuse not to exercise. Instead, it could be a goal of yours to join a gym after you’ve gotten yourself nice and addicted to physical activity! It’s all in the way you look at it.

Even if you would like a deeper, more concentrated workout, there are no laws stating that you’ve got to join an expensive health club to get it. You can walk up and down stairs, climb a steep hill, or simply do some good old-fashioned calisthenics. Likewise, good eating habits can often be developed solely through the use of common sense. Want proof? Are fresh vegetables good for you or bad? Is fresh fruit good for you or bad? I rest my case.

It is worth remembering that it’s not the process that really matters, but instead it’s the goal. Start small and work your way up. Don’t let ANY excuses keep you from taking care of yourself.

Once you’ve started to build momentum, invest in some cheap workout gear (yoga mat, dumbbells, etc.). This is good for you not only because you’re investing in useful tools, but also because you are establishing a new identity for yourself as the kind of person who buys fitness equipment and takes care of their body!

The Psychological Effects of Health and Fitness

Of course, the benefits of getting and staying in shape extend well beyond the scope of mere body transformation and physical longevity. A healthy body is a body that virtually cannot get locked into a depressed or anxiety-ridden state. Good health is Nature’s finest mood enhancer. Natural endorphins, along with cell regenerating oxygen become more and more plentiful the healthier you become. This alone can have you feeling dynamite nearly around the clock!

In addition, a stable exercise regimen can work wonders on your overall stress levels, making it easier to cope with life’s hardships and to relax. It can also help reduce or eliminate sleeping troubles. For anyone whose life seems to be in the dumps, and things just don’t seem to be working for them, I would suggest physical activity as their absolute first line of defense. Move your body and you move your life in the right direction.

For individuals who are highly complacent and maybe haven’t exercised in years, go small and build. Bounce on a mini trampoline for 8 minutes the first day, 10 the next, 12 the next, and so on. Once you can do 30-45 minutes with no problems, start jogging or running on a treadmill. Within a few short months you can be an absolute rock star. You just have to get started.

There is nothing you can achieve now that you can’t achieve at a higher level with a fit, healthy mind and body. In other words, there are no legitimate reasons to not go for it, and tons of reasons to just get out there and move!
