Control yourself through Meditation

In hustle and bustle of life, our mind and body exhaust and resign to daily pressure and stress we face. Physical illnesses may be treated with medicines but soul, which controls our morale, motivation and happiness, cannot be cured with scientific measures. To evaluate your emotions and bring harmony to feelings, you must practice meditation along with other tasks of your life. It relaxes your nerves and muscles and brings peace to your inner structure, which allows greater efficiency in other activities.

Although it’s an intangible mechanism, sill there is some themes that are followed for each distinct technique of meditation. It starts with understanding your own self, the pattern of nature and how both work coherently to bring peace. So instead of beginning the meditation practices randomly, read about the philosophy and underlying rules of that particular activity.

Once you start believing in unseen structures, you get to step closer to the higher purpose of life. This allows you to stay composed regardless of present condition of your life. Meditation enhances control over feelings and allows you to utilize them for your greater benefit. The moment you become aware of your inner personality traits, you can behave in a more optimistic and constructive manner thus nurturing your social relationships. When your mind becomes healthy, it casts positive impacts on your body and you feel active and competent than before.

God has created this universe maintaining a perfect balance in everything. All natural elements have energy in them that keeps them functional. A human body also has energy reservoirs but we consume a large amount in carrying out our daily activities. Moreover our speedy life spoils our peace of mind hinders us from understanding the spiritual details of our own self.

The meditation process requires that you focus your energy and attention to one place and then use it as your power to overshadow your fears and disruption. The division of your mental capability renders disruption and personality disorders followed by pessimistic thoughts that ruin your career. The tenure of meditation process depends on the nature of spiritual ailment.

It can help you control your blood pressure and lessen your anxiety. You can also cure your immune system, which also help you to maintain resistance against drugs and other addictions.

Through this self-evaluation process you can quantify your intangible feelings and get aware of the root cause of any disorder. Diagnosis then gives way to healing and cure the soul that ultimately strengthens your personality. By getting aware of your inner powers and how these can contribute to the well-being of the society, you are in a better position to achieve your goals. In ups and downs of life you often come across such situations where you lose hope or temper and are inclined toward bad ways.

At these crucial moments, it is imperative that you are clear about your vision of life and can cope with emotional disasters in a more rational manner. Meditation teaches you how to grow poise and calm in your mind to counter-attack such optimistic in life.

The secret to creativeness is to begin with good problems…

Then you need to turn those problems into challenging challenges. After that, dandy ideas will almost fabricate themselves.

Almost every creative thought is a potential answer to a problem. Einstein’s theory of relativity was about working out a discrepancy between electromagnetism and physics. Post-its were about discovering a use for not very sticky glue. Picasso’s cubistic paintings were about working out the problem of mapping cubic space on flat canvases. And so forth and so forth.

Before you even consider generating fresh ideas, you need to turn your trouble into a challenge. Because, if you begin yielding ideas to solve the wrong trouble, you may have dandy ideas, 55 – but they’ll probably be crappy solutions.

Most people, when they have troubles, they straightaway seek solutions, sparing nary a thought for the trouble itself. Creative individuals know better. They begin by examining the problem and turning it into an originative challenge.

The better way to get going on turning your trouble into a challenge is by putting down your problem on a sheet of paper. Now, try and break the trouble down.

Ask yourself: “Why is this a problem?”, “What is inducing this?”, “What is behind this?”, “What additional matters are at stake?” And so forth. Ask “why?” till you are able to no longer answer yourself. Write all of your replies on the sheet of paper. At this stage, the core problem as well as key crucial issues will be manifest. Let’s call this the big problem.

A challenge like “require income” isn’t truly clear and is likely to result in thoughts that are not really clear. Make your challenges clear to everybody.

When you have got your challenge, you’ll discover it outstandingly easy to bring forth ideas that solve it. But before you begin brainstorming, there are a couple of matters you should bear in mind.

Yield ideas first. Nothing more. Only after you’ve finished yielding ideas should you even consider reviewing them and select which one(s) to follow up.

When yielding ideas, whether alone or in a group, disallow any criticism whatever. Furthermore, it’s essential that you make note of every idea regardless how silly, daft or unimaginable it may seem. The dizziest ideas are occasionally the most originative and often highly inspirational.

Don’t quit at the first idea that springs to mind. The first beneficial idea that springs to mind is seldom the most creative – mostly because it’s nearly always the most conspicuous. Better to yield lots of ideas and then decide which thoughts to select.

How To Meditate With A Mantra

These days whenever a politician repeats a promise over and over again commentators say that this promise has become a “mantra” for that politician. For the journalists, the word “mantra” means a meaningless phrase that is repeated endlessly. For yogis however, a mantra is a word or collection of words, which has the power of liberating a human being from all limitations.

How can the repetition of a word or a few words have the capacity to bring about such miraculous results? It is all based on a simple psychological principle, “as you think, so you become.”

If you someone tells you “You’re stupid,” that’s of course a bad insult and will hurt you. However if you start to think “I am stupid,” and keep repeating this phrase over and over, then that is far worse. When someone tells you that you are stupid, then this is a negative outer-suggestion. When you start to think about it, then you are giving yourself, a negative auto-suggestion. If you keep thinking in a negative way, then your personal development will be harmed.

Meditation mantras have a positive meaning. They remind you that your true nature is something great: pure consciousness and boundless love. If you start to think about the best part of your being, you will begin to have more confidence in yourself and this will become apparent in your actions.

However, many people have read philosophical, spiritual or self-help books explaining these ideas, and yet they never realize these great truths in their everyday reality. It is not enough to just think about a good idea once, and then close the book. You need to think in a concentrated and systematic manner over a period of time in order to get results.

Meditation mantras have a special quality that helps in the task of concentrated, positive thinking: their very vibration has the capacity to concentrate and focus your mind. Some sounds, such as power drill breaking a pavement, can upset you greatly, while other sounds, like soothing music, can transport you to another world.

The syllables and words used in meditation mantras have been chosen according their sonic capacity, and they greatly aid the task of concentration and contemplation, as well as carrying a positive meaning.

In order to get the benefits from mantra meditation, you need to meditate regularly with a mantra that has a positive meaning and the capacity to help you concentrate. You need to do it on a regular basis, sitting silently two times a day for a period of 10 to 30 minutes.

It sounds easy, but the common experience of most people is that as you sit and try to think about one word or one phrase, your mind is quickly filled with many other thoughts; thoughts about work, financial problems, disputes with people and all kinds of other matters. When this happens, and it certainly will, then you have to bring your mind back to the mantra. Meditation is a process where you concentrate on the mantra and its meaning for as long as you can, and when you mind wanders, you bring it back.

Keep doing it, and you will attain an improved capacity to concentrate and deep inner peace.

It may still sound too good to be true, and some intellectuals scoff at the alleged power of a mantra. Once, a renowned Indian yogi came to America and delivered many lectures on this subject. In one of the lectures he was challenged by someone in the audience who said that it was not possible for a single word to deliver the results that the yogi promised. The yogi turned to the man, who was a distinguished professor and said “You fool!”

The professor turned red, and began to shout at the yogi, who calmly watched the professor unwind.

The yogi then addressed the professor and said: “Now can you understand the power of a single word? All I did was utter the word “fool” and your behavior was changed in an instant!

Thus, it is very important that you choose your meditation guide properly. Different practitioners and experts on guided meditation have different strategies. They facilitate people to experience the different meditation paths according to their objectives.

Most meditation experts are teaching deep breathing methods for beginners to orient them in practicing relaxation as well as in maintaining focus. Meditations paths will not certainly work if you failed in the first step. Keep in mind that meditation guides are unique from one another.
