The human brain is a wonder. It has the might to transmute your inside wants into their physical counterparts once focused on. What the brain may conceive, you are able to accomplish, just as long as you’ve the inside trust and self-will to back it. For instance, take the case of where cancer patients were given ‘placebos’. These pills were just plain old pills that have utterly NO healing capacities what-so-ever.

So what, how did they get well? The healing came from their thoughts. They were told that these pills carried the highest amounts of cancer-fighting components which can effectively cure them in simply a matter of months.

So the point here is, they naturally accepted in their brain that if they took this pill it would make them better and that their health will be fixed. Do you see how potent your brain may be? They merely registered it in their brains that these pills would cure them of their sicknesses and in the process; the notion embedded within their subconscious brain became a reality.

So… now that I’ve your attention your likely asking yourself this question, “How may I utilize my brain to accomplish my dreams? Well, among the most effective ways is to utilize the “as if” principle. And what I mean by that is, act “as if” you’re the person you wish to be. Act “as if” You already possess whatever it is you’ve wished-for. Simply put, believe, behave and feel like you’ve already achieved what you’ve dreamed about all your life.

This principle is a really potent principle if you simply trust. And you’ll be much closer to your goal if you’re constantly lined up with your targets. It’s okay to be obsessed with your dreams. It doesn’t mean that if you wish to be Superman you’ll be able to fly out of a window and into outer space. That would be looney! I’m merely saying, “Do what has to be done”. Take action on your dreams.

If you think you are poor, then you are; unless you correctly condition your thoughts to a ‘favorable mindset’. I know it’s hard to think “wealthy” if your environment isn’t conducive to such way of thinking. Utilize your imagination and ‘envision’ in your head that your home is a mansion and your old car is a Porsche,… Well, I guess you get the picture.

There’s absolutely NO limit to what the brain may accomplish!

All you have to do is to combine trust, self-will, and action with positive thinking in order to accomplish your inner desires.

Manifestation Magic – Learn This & Your Life Will Change Forever! – (Review)

I’d like you to imagine a garden.

In this garden, the soil is always rich with nutrients and what you plant, it will grow. There is rain and sun so you don’t have to worry about anything.

You can plant anything. There are no restrictions.

You can plant roses or you can plant poison ivy. You can plant tomatoes or you can plant nightshade, a deadly poison. What you put in, as a seed, will eventually grow into something much bigger.

This garden is your mind and the seeds you can plant are your thoughts.

Your mind is a fertile place where the thoughts you plant, will grow and make up for what your life is.

Or as the old passage from the Bible goes, from the book of proverbs, chapter 23, verse 7:

“As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he,”.

Your thoughts, your convictions, manifest the surrounding reality.

Your life, good or bad, is nothing more than a reflection of the thoughts you’ve planted in your mind and nourished. These thoughts became behaviors. Behaviors became results.

You are where you are right now because deep down in your heart, this is where you wanted to be, no matter how sad or unfair this may sound.

This principle is one of the oldest spiritual laws in existence. It’s also one of the best known. You may know it under a different term.

This is “you become what you think about”.

And you can find this in all of world’s religions.

Some variation of this exists in Hinduism, in Christianity and in basically every other major religion. It’s found in all belief systems, as the one used by the Chinese. It’s as much of a universal law as gravity. Long before books existed, wise people understood that our thoughts manifest our reality.

It works on two levels.

First, your beliefs are connected to the universe on a quantum level. We manifest what we really believe.

Let me make this clear though.

You don’t manifest what you think you believe. You manifest what’s in your heart. If you believe you deserve unhappiness and pain, then no matter what you say, this you’ll get.

A great deal of people believe they have positive thoughts when their inner voice is always negative and destructive.

That voice will always win. Maybe this is why LoA fails for so many people – they’re trying to grow trees of prosperity and success while planting seeds of doubt and pain and suffering.

It doesn’t work this way.

You get what’s in your heart. The universe will manifest it. But what’s in your heart is the truth and we may not always know of this truth.

Life doesn’t give you what you intended.

Life gives you what you ask.

And while many people intend for wealth and joy and health, their thoughts are of poverty and sadness and despair. Since this is what they’re planting, this is what the universe is manifesting.

Second, your thoughts lead to beliefs.

Your beliefs lead to actions.

Your actions lead to outcomes.

Your outcomes leads to your destiny.

The thoughts you plant in your mind will determine how you act, on a level that’s so subtle that you can’t even perceive it. Who you are, is the consequence of the thoughts you’ve adopted.

It’s hard to realize this.

It’s on the same level of breathing.

You realize your breath only if you pay attention. You realize your behavior and where it comes from only if you analyze it. But everything you are comes from the thoughts you’ve once planted in your mind and then let them become a part of you.

So when you plant positive thoughts, you get positive results.

When you plant love and happiness, your behavior will reflect love and it will create happiness for yourself and for others.

When you plant thoughts of prosperity and wealth, your behavior will create wealth and prosperity in the world.

Think of this like the captain of an airplane. An airplane is huge, carries hundreds of passengers and weighs tens of tons. Yet, you will find just one or two pilots in the cockpit, controlling this huge machine.

So is with your life.

Even if your behavior is infinitely complex, there are just a few thoughts that control all of it and if you replace those thoughts, everything will change for you too.

The thoughts you plant in it will both manifest reality as in creating reality itself and shape your behavior to create the results you want.

Both are important.

This world is a 50 – 50 place.

The universe can manifest the opportunities you require at this moment but you must act to take advantage. If luck knocks at your door, you still need to open the door.

It’s like in this old joke.

A fisherman is caught up in a storm. His boat is sinking. Desperate, he prays to God.

“God, please save me, I’ll be good, I’ll repent, just save me”

A few minutes later, a boat shows up.

“Hi there, do you need any help?”, the good Samaritan asks him.

“No, no, God will save me”, the fisherman answers.

Perplexed, the savior leaves.

Ten minutes later, the same things happen. Another boat shows up. They offer to help him. The fisherman refuses saying that God will help him.

Eventually, the boat sinks, he dies and goes to heaven. There, face to face with God, he asks …

“God, why did you left me to die? I prayed to you and I promised I’ll repent for my sins”.

God looks at him and says “What are you talking about? I’ve sent you two boats”.

This is a joke, but this is how life works too.

We manifest opportunities but you must take advantage of these opportunities. If you are a real estate agent and you want to close a huge deal, your thoughts will manifest this opportunity. The universe will align the people, places and circumstances for this to happen.

But these people, places and circumstances won’t come to you in your living room. You must still act and do something.

Or maybe you want to find the love of your life.

Thoughts of love and appreciation will manifest your ideal partner but your partner won’t knock at the door and ask you for a date.

The universe is like a tree that offers you the fruits you need, in infinite abundance, but you still must grab those fruits from the tree.

And it all starts with your thoughts, with your beliefs.

Make a commitment now to fill your mind with positive thoughts. Make a commitment to think only thoughts of love and joy and wealth.

At first, it will be hard.

If you’re used to plant only poison in your mind, it will take a while until you take it all out. But once you do, you’ll notice something incredible happening. You’ll see how you’ll walk into the right circumstances. You’ll find yourself in the right places, at the right time, to get what you want.

2. Managing (New Year) Resolutions

Resolutions and dreams aren’t insignificant. They expose where hidden gifts, passion and verve lie. Whether it’s to skate in the Olympic Games, sing in a chorus, redo your bath or do comedy, when your resolutions are clearly expressed; they’re much more likely to be accomplished.   What do you wish to do, see, achieve and go through? View a wide range of regions while you’re pondering your life and your values, including your vocation, the arts, physical accomplishments, funds, education and community service.   How do you wish to feel? Do you wish to have a family? Produce a more substantial one? How would you wish those who love you most to depict you and the life you live? Would you like to alter your mentality or how you relate to individuals? Better a core relationship? Be honest.   Go over and re-prioritize your goals till they reflect the life you wish to live.

Determine your life goals

Make goals for ten years from now, five years, one year–and then one month. Now prioritize them. Break every goal into subtasks that have to be accomplished. For instance, if a financial goal is to be debt-free in 2 years, you may decide to arrange a budget, spend less than you bring in and refinance your mortgage to take down your monthly payment. Determine a time frame and priority for every subtask.

Utilize your daily to-do list

Do it as a means to accomplish even your life goals. Now that you’ve separated your goals into accomplishable tasks, integrate those tasks into your list and mark them off, one at a time.

Recap and re-prioritize your goals on a regular basis and when you suffer inevitable reversals. You might find that they alter over time, or that particular objectives get put on hold while you work at others.

Your goals might affect your family. You may do this work together. If you’ve kids, bring them into the loop and totally consider their thoughts. If an objective is to spend more time together as a household, and one answer is for you to work only part-time, ask loved ones what they’d be willing to give up to acquire more time with you. You may be surprised.

Commit to following through with your plan of action. You’ve already gone farther than most. Remain centered on the process and reward yourself– or at any rate notice–when something you’ve always wanted is really accomplished

Plan challenging objectives in the New Year

Look forward to a raise in your business figures to up to 15%, to more customers, further development of your site, launching new products or proposing fresh actions and actions. Capitalize on the end of the year evaluation and let it redefine your objectives and tell you clearly what you want and intend in the future.

No one is stopping you to learn something new at all times. Settle a challenging plan like learning a new foreign language or personal development through different learning courses.

Ask for a promotion

The question of whether hypnosis is real or not has been a hot topic of discussion for over 200 years.

If you’ve ever lost yourself while reading a really good book, you’ve already been :::this::: close to hypnosis.

When you’re really into a book what happens?

  1. a) You feel incredibly relaxed,
  2. b) Have an amplified sense of imagination, and
  3. c) You are highly suggestible (more open to receiving and acting upon the suggestions of others, like the story the author is telling you).

Guess what? This is exactly what happens during hypnosis. It’s known as a trance state.

Truth About Hypnosis

Going Deep! Your Subconscious Mind in Action

To understand what’s going on in a trance state, we need to first define the difference between conscious and subconscious mind states.

Your conscious mind is associated with the left hemisphere of your brain. It is your “control center,” and it operates on deduction, reasoning and convention. It tells you what’s possible and not possible based on your past experiences.

On the other hand, your subconscious mind is aligned with the right side of your brain, which is responsible for creativity, freedom, and emotion.

It is more holistic, emotive, and universal. It solves Big Picture problems. It allows you to go beyond “reason,” and frees you from convention.

Researchers believe that trance states are activated when you are able to circumvent the inhibitions and walls set up by your conscious mind and begin accessing the subconscious.

More specifically, when you can “short circuit” the inhibitions and “can’ts” that your conscious mind has set up, you can do many of the things that are associated with truly therapeutic hypnosis, e.g., break addictions, overcome phobias, work through deep-seated emotional issues (psychiatric hypnotherapy), ease chronic pain (medical hypnotherapy), and even solve crimes (forensic hypnosis is fascinating field of study being explored by law enforcement agencies now).

 

Scanning Rhythms: Your Brain Can’t Lie

But, is there science to support this hypothesis?

Using electroencephalographs, or EEGs, experts studying the effects of hypnosis on the cerebral cortex have documented that activity in the left hemisphere of the cerebral cortex decreases during hypnosis. At the same time, brain activity in the right hemisphere increases.

Why is this important? It shows that hypnosis is able to pacify the conscious mind and its logical and “limiting” functions.

At the same time, it also shows that the subconscious mind – with its creativity, emotiveness, imagination – takes control.

These findings prove that something researchers long believed to be true about the effects of hypnosis are indeed accurate. 

“A Trance State Sounds Pretty Awesome: How Can You Turn It On?”

Okay, so how does hypnosis activate this trance state?

Researchers believe that hypnosis calms your left brain and conscious mind. With your logical-self taken out of the picture, you’re more able to directly connect with your subconscious mind.

In this state, you are highly suggestible. In other words, you’re able to believe, enact, and go for things that your conscious, logical mind might have kept you from believing you could do.

It allows you to free yourself from convention, from being limited based on the outcomes of your past experiences, and to experience the world and yourself in it in new and powerful ways.

For example, hypnosis can help boost your confidence, increase your brain power, aid in weight loss, increase your money-making potential, and take you to places you never believed you could go (much like that feeling you have when you’re reading a great book).

By short circuiting long-held self-beliefs and deep-seated behavioral patterns, hypnosis can often deliver real-world results that simply cannot be achieved in any other way… all because your brain allows you to believe in yourself in new and empowered ways.

Ever since I was a kid, my parents always told me I’d never amount to anything. They always compared me to my older sister Dana, who painted the prettiest pictures in kindergarten, got perfect grades in high school, graduated with the highest honors from Harvard—all that jazz. I thought these comparisons would end after we both finished our studies (I graduated with average scores from a lesser-known university), but then came the career phase.

Dana got a high-flying job as a PR representative of some huge corporate firm, whereas I was working as an assistant to a demanding and unappreciative boss. It made me feel very small and useless, especially when my parents constantly praised her for all her achievements, telling me, “When are you ever going to pull your socks up?”

I tried not to let it affect me, but I have to admit, it weighed on my mind heavily. Year after year I kept it bottled up inside, without release. I was miserable, and it showed on the outside. My colleague Layne noticed that I was becoming more and more reserved each day, and I’d gotten so thin to the point where I barely had enough energy to lift a stack of documents.

Then one day at work, I found a flash drive containing something called The Instant Switch on my desk with a note from Layne. So that night I went home and read the entire thing in one sitting. By the time I was done, my face was streaming with tears and I felt a sense of peace that I never thought I would experience in my life.

It was so powerful that I teared up just by reading it that first night. The very next day, I went into work and gave Layne such a tight hug that she almost fell over in surprise. We talked about the book at lunch, and she told me it had been her lifesaver a while back when she got retrenched from her previous job. In it there were several simple exercises that she learnt to do by heart eventually, such as a short meditation for rejecting any limiting beliefs. Her retrenchment had made her feel worthless, and unable to keep her eyes open to opportunities. Things had turned around when she found The Instant Switch and managed to pull herself back up before she spiraled further into despair.

Over the next few weeks, I practiced the intriguing methods inside the book. It was filled with such wisdom, words that no one had ever said to me in my life, and it made me feel like I wasn’t alone after all. I especially liked the “tapping” technique, which was astonishingly simple, yet effective! I could feel a change in me instantly as I practiced it.

There was also an additional book that came along with The Instant Switch called Success Accelerator that taught me how to take success into my own hands. It opened my mind to how I could control my own career path and reject all the expectations that others had of me. The ideas in it were not complex, yet they had never occurred to me before, and my outlook on life has been totally transformed.

Instead of moping around at work and feeling stuck in an endless rut, I now walk into the office with my head held high, greeting my boss with enthusiasm that I haven’t felt in years. I no longer see him as overbearing and ungrateful; instead I treated him like a boss, so to speak—performing my tasks cheerfully and helping him in any way I could. And he recognized the change! I got a raise just last month because he saw how hard I was working. Before The Instant Switch came into my life, I’d been dragging my feet at work and doing the bare minimum for everything. Now my work day always starts off happy, and ends the same way, too!

The biggest hurdle I’d had to overcome was my relationship with my family. The Instant Switch helped me to move past my hurt and shame, and I began to treat my parents and sister well, despite nothing changing on their end. The only change was that I no longer let their words and actions hurt me, using the wisdom The Instant Switch had taught me. You hear it all the time: “success is a state of mind“. There are people who would argue that success is a natural result of proper planning, preparation and focused action, and that viewpoint certainly holds a grain of truth – but there are also many exceptions to disprove that “rule.” Have you ever wondered how two people can attempt the same objective in the same way and only one of them succeed? Is it sheer luck? Timing? Tenacity? More often than not, it’s a person’s mind-set that determines whether they fail or succeed.

What is a mind-set, anyway? Typically a mind-set refers to your predominant state of mind day to day. It’s what you think about, focus on, and expect from your daily experiences. Think negatively, expect the worst, feel pessimistic about your options and that’s exactly what you’ll seem to draw into your life. Likewise, think positively, expect the best and focus on a successful outcome and you get it most of the time.

Makes sense, right? But how exactly does this work? Why is a success mindset so important? There are three big reasons:

1) A success mind-set boosts your confidence and self-belief.

A lack of belief in yourself usually comes along with a sense of powerlessness and futility, which is the exact opposite of a success mind-set. Lack of confidence means you see no point in trying to be successful because it won’t happen anyway. Obviously, this type of mind-set is a recipe for failure in any endeavor.

Having a true success mind-set, on the other hand, means you believe in yourself and your capabilities. You believe you can succeed at nearly anything you try, and you’re willing to give it your best shot. Even better, the more you do try, the more confidence and self-belief you build – until you’re virtually unstoppable!

2) A success mindset strengthens your determination.

Without a success mind-set, one failure is enough to convince you that pursuing your goals is a waste of time. Tenacity and determination don’t exist in your world. If you don’t become a raging success the first time you try, you surmise that it simply wasn’t meant to be. Unfortunately, few things worth having are obtained so easily!

A success mindset, however, strengthens your awareness that a failure is not the end of the story – it’s just one more way that didn’t work out the way you planned. In fact, a true success mind-set makes it obvious that the only true failure occurs when you stop trying.

3) A success mind-set encourages fruitful actions.

Have you ever found yourself wandering in circles because you didn’t know the best way to approach a specific goal? Perhaps you had an idea of the best course of action but you felt intimidated by some of the action steps required. As a result, you may have kept sabotaging your efforts as you searched in vain for an easier or less frightening way to your goal.

With a true success mindset, you’ll always know the most effective action steps that will lead directly to your goal. As already discussed, you’ll also have the inner confidence and determination to pursue them – which is a sure recipe for . . . you guessed it; success!

If I had to sum up how to develop a success mind-set into as few words as possible, I’d say this:

– Go for your dreams.
– Think positively.
– Believe in yourself.
– Believe you can do better.
– Learn, grow and develop yourself.
– Be willing to take chances.
– Give it your all.
– Expect the best in every situation.
– Be willing to fail.
– When you fall down, get back up and try again.

Keep doing that and you can’t help but become successful, from the inside out.

The Secret, a film made only for DVD, a docudrama on the Secret Law of Attraction has had an impact that can be measured in millions, namely it cost millions to produce, influenced millions, and made millions of dollars in profit.

Those who got the message, tried it out, proved it for themselves, and wrote emotionally-charged testimonials that fill the official website of The Secret. Those who did not, claimed it was an extravagant celluloid marketing campaign with no substance. Overnight experts emerged in influential magazines and periodicals to proclaim it dangerous, misleading, and more magical thinking than the naive general public could handle.

Does it really work? My own humble opinion is that it works like nothing before ever has in my life. When I read testimonials about it on the official website and on numerous other websites that also talk about the secret law of attraction, I nod in agreement. I’m even willing to declare it to be scientifically valid, because it can be empirically proved by the subject, and because it can be explained by Quantum Mechanics where the observer influences the experiment.

If it works, if people have proved it works, then why are many people also disappointed and frustrated and publicly decrying it as a form of mass delusion. The answer to this is application. Yes, application is the secret of the secret law of attraction. Correct, appropriate, relevant application.

In order to engage the mind to work for you, you have to believe that the mind can work for you. In this particular case, we are talking about the conscious mind believing in the unknown power of the subconscious mind. Those who have asked have been answered, those who have sought have found, and those who have knocked have found that the door opens from the inside. Similarly, those who have no faith at all, or a faith laced with either timidity or scorn, have proved their belief true: that it does not work.

Let’s break this analysis down to specific techniques in the secret law of attraction.

One of the techniques is to hold a focused thought about what you desire. People whose minds jump around in excitement like children at a birthday party, one minute laughing, the next minute crying, and the third minute intent on something else, can’t be expected to manifest anything. You need to focus on an image long enough for it to settle into the subconscious mind. A clear, detailed image, a sense of color, texture, and form is necessary.

Since the entire process of manifestation is a phenomenon that arises from the action of the subconscious mind, those people who delight in endless intellection are poor candidates for success. While they may have a knack for writing satirical pieces about the secret law of attraction or analyzing something to death, this level of mental acuity works against them when they’re trying to manifest. A gift for abstraction almost certainly cancels out a gift for manifestation. Again, the reason for this is rather simple, embarrassingly simple, you have got to be in touch with your feelings to manifest anything. No feelings, no vibrations, no manifestation.

The secret of the secret law of attraction is application. It will work if you work it. Working it means focusing on a desire long enough to get a clear and detailed picture of it. It also means feeling the reality of what has not yet happened as if it had already occurred.

The secret law of attraction is only for people who believe in the evidence of things not seen and are patient enough to wait for them to show up. The secret is out and you can use it to enjoy health, wealth, romantic love, and happiness.

Self hypnosis is a great mind power tool for stress elimination, setting and achieving goals, LOA – law of attraction, positive thinking, success visualization, life purpose finding, attitude of gratitude and more self improvement tasks. Most people are surprised at how easy it is to learn self-hypnosis. And self-hypnosis, in turn, makes a lot of things in personal growth and spiritual practices much easier.

Self hypnosis is usually thought of as a person listening to an audio tape, mp3, or other mass-produced media, intended to induce a willingness to absorb suggestions centered around a specific topic such as weight loss, stop smoking, etc.

Unfortunately, this kind of hypnosis is generally prepared by someone who has never met the person being hypnotized, often presenting unwanted, even unpleasant imagery and suggestions.

For example, if you sunburn easily, that last thing you want to hear about is a slow walk on a sunny beach. In this case, the “self” in self hypnosis simply means that you listen to it by yourself.
How do you incorporate self improvement to hypnosis?

To be able to go about self improvement, there are certain aspects in you that should be addressed. Using hypnosis, the negative aspects that are serving as hindrances to improvement are eliminated.

A true self hypnosis would necessarily be designed and created by the very person who will ultimately use and benefit from it.

Unlike the mass-produced hypnosis, this hypnosis is made for the exact purpose the person wishes, including the precise words and phrases that mean the most to that particular person.

The true self hypnosis is thus crafted by the person to suit his or her own needs. The benefits derived could only be accomplished with such a personal, one-of-a-kind hypnosis. In this case, the “self” in self hypnosis really does mean that you are hypnotized by yourself!

Below is a short view of the self hypnotic process. Though lots of variations of this method have been used, these are the basic steps you have to go through in order to hypnotize yourself to accomplish self improvement.

1. Position your goals from the most important goal to the less important. If possible, your goals should be measurable.

2. For each goal, you should formulate fitting suggestions which means you have to convert your goals into specific instructions to your subconscious mind on how to achieve each goal.

3. Relaxation. Use the first minutes of your self hypnotic session to get as relaxed as possible. Try to forget all your worries and problems.

4. Start your hypnotic initiation phase by saying and repeating out loud the hypnotic words you have chosen, thinking of these words or listening to a hypnotic tape or CD customized for your hypnotic and goal fulfillment needs.

5. Apply the hypnotic suggestions you have made for reaching the specific goal you work with, say them out loud, think them or use a tailored hypnotic tape or CD.

Before you start up your self hypnotic exercises you should make a time schedule for it. Do your hypnotic sessions every day, five minutes a day is enough. Repeat your suggestions as often as possible during the day.

Measure your progress. Are you closer to your goal now than you were before you started? Ask yourself. If you answer negative to these questions, you have to rethink and reorganize your train of thoughts.

This is the only way you can find out if this method is really helping you in achieving your self improvement goals.
